We Do NOT Collect:

• Your expense data or financial information

• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Any data that could identify you personally

2. How We Use Your Information

Since all your data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers, we do not use, process, or access your information in any way.

The App processes your expense data entirely on your device to provide features such as:

• Displaying your expense history
• Generating charts and analytics
• Filtering and categorizing expenses
• Calculating totals and summaries

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All data you enter into SPENT is stored in a SQLite database on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

Device Security: The security of your data depends on the security measures you have in place on your device, such as screen locks, encryption, and device passwords. We recommend using these features to protect your financial information.

No Cloud Sync: SPENT does not include cloud synchronization features. Your data remains exclusively on your device, providing maximum privacy but also meaning you are responsible for backing up your data.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for any purpose because we do not have access to your data.

No Third-Party Services: SPENT does not integrate with third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or any other external services that would have access to your data.

No Data Transmission: The App does not transmit any data over the internet. All functionality is provided offline, ensuring complete privacy.

5. Permissions

SPENT does not require any special permissions on your device to function. We respect your privacy and device security.

• No Storage Permission Needed: All data is stored in the app's secure sandbox environment.
• No Notification Permission Required: The app does not send push notifications.

You can use the app immediately without granting any access to your files, location, or other sensitive data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Retention: Your data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You have complete control over your data at all times.

Data Deletion: You can delete individual expenses or all data within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data from your device.

No Server-Side Data: Since we do not store any data on our servers, there is no data for us to delete on our end. All data management is in your hands.

7. Children's Privacy

SPENT is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to the App, please note that all data is stored locally on the device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

8. International Users

Since SPENT stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit data to servers, there are no international data transfer concerns. Your data remains in your physical possession on your device, regardless of your location.

9. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data in SPENT:

• Access: You can view all your data within the App at any time
• Modify: You can edit or update any expense entries
• Delete: You can delete individual expenses or clear all data
• Export: You may be able to export your data for backup purposes (feature dependent on version)
• Portability: Your data is stored in a standard SQLite format

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

11. Data Breach Notification

Since SPENT does not collect, store, or transmit your data to our servers, there is no risk of a data breach on our end. However, we recommend keeping your device secure and protected to prevent unauthorized access to your locally stored data.

SPENT does not use cookies, web beacons, or any other tracking technologies. The App does not track your behavior, browsing history, or any other activity.
